Founded in 2014 by choreographer Lia Kim alongside partners including Kim Min Ja, the studio grew from a small basement space into a multi-level facility in Seoul. Lia Kim is known for her choreography work with artists including TWICE, BoA, Girls’ Generation, Sunmi, EVERGLOW, and ITZY.
Since 2015, 1MILLION's YouTube channel, has been a global reference point for choreography and studio-based performance. With over 26 million subscribers, the platform introduced a wide international audience to contemporary dance training.
